This town house has been recently updated and stocked with everything you'll need for a wonderful stay!

This home sits on a corner lot and features one covered parking space under the carport, with room for additional parking in the rear driveway or the front curb. This unit features vaulted ceilings, a separate laundry room, privacy fenced backyard, along with a patio/courtyard area with outdoor seating.

The kitchen has been remodeled with new granite countertops, tile backsplash, and fresh paint. It is a full service kitchen, boasting an electric range stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, fridge, microwave, and toaster. There is also a full service coffee bar with coffees, creamers, and sugars. We have also stocked the kitchen with all the basic cooking essentials and dinnerware. There is also a dining table with seating for four right off the kitchen.

The laundry room is located right off the kitchen, as well. We have provided a washer and dryer, along with laundry pods and dryer sheets. No visits to the laundromat while staying here!

The living room features a leather recliner and a leather sofa for seating options. There is also a large smart TV and wood burning fireplace at your disposal.

The primary bedroom boasts a queen size bed, twin bed, smart TV, dresser, bedside table, and a walk in closet. The guest bedroom features two twin size beds, smart TV, and desk with office chair. So there is a designated workspace provided for you, as well!

The bathroom features a tile surround shower/tub combo, vanity, and extra storage. And of course we provide toilet paper, towels, and basic shower essentials.

As mentioned in the mini description, there is a Mexican food restaurant right next door called Oscar's. They are open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They are literally steps away from the front door, so you can enjoy them anytime! There are also tons of places to shop, eat, gas up, etc. within minutes because of this home's prime location.

This unit is perfect for a family or traveling workers because it is spacious, private, and located right off Buffalo Gap Road. So you can truly get anywhere in town in minutes! This is a very nice home and we have tried to stage and stock it with YOU in mind! Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 48 hours away at time of booking.
