Pull into the nice, quiet neighborhood and right up to the cutest house on the block! There's room to park in the driveway or along the curb. No paying for parking here!

When you walk through the front door, you are instantly greeted by vaulted ceilings, a huge, mounted smart TV, a double reclining sofa, and two comfy chairs. The open floor plan is shared with the stunning kitchen.

The kitchen features granite countertops, a farmhouse sink, stove, microwave, and refrigerator. We have also stocked the kitchen with everything you need to cook and serve yourself a meal, so make yourselves at home! The kitchen counter also has a breakfast bar with two barstools. The washer and dryer are also conveniently located right off the kitchen, making laundry a breeze!

Each bedroom does have a dresser and smart TV. Two of the rooms have a full size bed, while the third has two twins.

The bathroom features a shower, commode, and vanity.

The backyard is privacy fenced and accessible for you to enjoy.

There is a small storage space in the front of the house for storing tools or whatever else you may have!

The home has central heat and air, wifi, and, of course, all utilities, maintenance, and yardcare are included.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 48 hours away at time of booking.
