This quaint 2 bedroom 1 bath home is ready to be your favorite Abilene stay! This house is located on a very quiet street right around the corner from Abilene High School and you can get almost anywhere in town in 5-10 minutes.

When you walk in the front door, you're greeted by the cozy living room. We have provided a small sectional and chair, along with a TV and Roku to enjoy.

The kitchen is located right off the living room and boasts a range stove, refrigerator. There is also cookware, cooking utensils, and dinnerware provided. Along with a toaster, Keurig and coffee. The washer and dryer are also located in the kitchen.

The bathroom is located in the hallway and has a tile surround tub/shower combo. We have also provided towels and hand soap.

The first bedroom has two twin size beds, tv stand, and smart TV. The second room has a twin trundle bed with smart TV. Both rooms have a closet to hang clothes in.

The backyard is privacy fenced. There is a covered back patio with BBQ grill. So help yourself if you like to grill!

This space is perfect for small families or workers looking for nice, clean place to stay. We have thoughtfully decorated and stocked the home with everything you should need for a perfect stay, long or short term. We are also local and only a phone call away should our guests need anything. So please book with us so we can become your new favorite!

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 48 hours away at time of booking.
