This gorgeous, brick home is in a incredibly nice neighborhood located right off of the very popular Buffalo Gap Rd. So you are minutes from all the restaurants and shopping on the Southside of town!

This home has a two car garage located in the back. There is also a large, empty, grassy area behind the back driveway with room to park as many additional cars as needed. This is awesome for workers with multiple work trucks and/or trailers.

Inside the garage you will also find the washer and dryer. As well as the back door to access the small, privacy fenced backyard.

Inside the home you will find a fireplace in the living room with a large smart TV mounted above it. There is a couch, love seat, and two chairs in the living room. Off the living room, you will find a dining area with a dining table for four. Alongside the dining table sits two recliners across from a small smart TV. We have set this up as an additional TV/gaming area to utilize aside from the living room.

The kitchen features a fridge, stove, microwave, and Keurig, along with all the cookware and dishes to prepare and serve yourself meals while here.

The front two bedrooms each boast two twin size beds a piece, along with a smart TV and closet. The master bedroom features three twin beds, a smart TV, and an en suite bathroom with walk in closet and his and her sinks.

If a larger bed is preferred, we are happy to push two of the twins together and make them up with queen bedding, as seen in two of the listing photos. Please just let us know before check in so we can be sure to accommodate.

We have also, of course, provided wifi, linens, bedding, towels, etc. This house is ready to go, so book it today before its gone!

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 48 hours away at time of booking.
