This home has been thoughtfully staged and decorated with you in mind. This house sits on a quiet street. It has a driveway in front, with extra room to park at the curb. There is also room for additional cars to park in the backyard, off the alleyway using the large swing gate.

Upon entering the home, you're welcomed to an open floor plan. The living room has a large comfy sofa, which pulls out into a queen sleeper, if needed. There are also two large chairs to relax in. We have provided room dividers that separate the living room into two spaces. The front space functions as a normal living room with the sitting furniture and large television, and the back space functions as a fourth bedroom with a twin bed, two chairs, a dresser, and tv.

The living room flows right into the dining room which boasts a small dining table with 4 chairs. The laundry room is right off the dining room, and it does have a washer and dryer for you to use. The kitchen is off the other end of the dining room and has been completely remodeled. It has new cabinet, granite countertops, and new appliances, including a fridge, stove, and dishwasher.

The bathroom has a shower/tub combo, vanity, and commode.

The first bedroom has a queen size bed. The second and third rooms have two twin beds a piece. Each bedroom has a smart TV and closet, as well.

The home has a covered back patio and large backyard. We have provided wifi, all utilities, as well as basic linens, cookware, dishes, etc. There is also a full service coffee bar in the kitchen, alongside a microwave.

This home is great for workers looking for a comfortable, clean, stylish place to call home. It technically can sleep 9 due to the sleeper sofa, but please note any additional guests beyond the authorized 7 need to be apprpbed by the host, and are subject to additional fees. We also enforce a monthly cleaning program for longterm guests, or a deposit is to be made up front. Please message for more details.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 48 hours away at time of booking.
