This large home sits in a quiet North Abilene neighborhood. The driveway has parking for 3. Additional cars can park on the street. When you enter the home, the living room greets you with a large sofa, recliner, and two additional chairs, alongside a large smart tv. The dining table is right off the living room providing additional seating for 6 people.

The kitchen is fully stocked with a fridge, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, keurig coffee bar, and all the cookware and dinnerware you need to cook and serve a meal. The laundry room is off the kitchen and provides a full size washer and dryer.

Three bedrooms each feature two twin beds and a smart tv. There is also a hakf bath attached to one of these rooms. The fourth bedroom boasts a twin trundle bed. So you can either utilize them as two individual twin beds or you lift the lower bed up to be level with the top bed and turn it into a double bed. This room also has a large smart tv and small rocking chair.

There is also a large, privacy fenced backyard with lots of tree shade.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 48 hours away at time of booking.
