This cozy cottage is located near historic Sayles Blvd. so the neighborhood is very quiet and pleasant. Plus you can get anywhere in town in just a few minutes due to the central location. When you pull up, there is a long driveway along the entire side of the home. You can fit at least 4-5 cars in the driveway with additional parking on the street in front.

When you enter the house, you are welcomed into a large living room with lots of seating and a huge smart flatscreen tv. Wifi is, of course, included for your enjoyment. The living room wraps around to meet what would have been the dining area. We, however, have set this space with an extra twin bed. We also added a smart tv and dresser to this area.

The kitchen is full service, featuring an oven, cooktop, microwave, Keurig coffee bar, fridge, and dishwasher, along with tons of cabinets for storage. We have also stocked the kitchen with all the cooking supplies you would need, along with dishes, silverware, etc.

The primary bedroom features 3 twin beds along with a smart tv, dresser, and nightstands. There is an en suite bathroom attached which boasts a tile shower, vanity, and commode.

The guest bedroom features 2 twin beds, dresser, smart tv, and nightstand. The hall bath is located between the two bedrooms, right off the living room. This bathroom has a tub shower combo, vanity, and commode.

There is also a large privacy fenced backyard. Please note, however, that guests do not have access to the detached garage in the back of the property.

This home has been thoughtfully furnished, decorated, and stocked with you in mind. We strive to make every guest's stay a 5 star experience from the moment you wheel your suitcase in the door to when you are watching the house get smaller in your rearview mirror. Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 48 hours away at time of booking.
