Prepare to be wowed by this gorgeous 3 bedroom 2 bath home, located in south Abilene in a desirable, quiet neighborhood. This home is large, spacious, and decorated and staged with you in mind.

When you pull up, you are welcomed by a stunning brick home with a manicured front lawn. Please note, while the home does have a garage, it is not for guest access. Therefore, parking is confined to the driveway or front curb. When you step in the front door, you are greeted by a double reclining sofa with room for 3, along side 3 comfy sitting chairs. There is also a large, smart TV alongside a fireplace (not operational).

The living room leads you to the oversize kitchen featuring granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The appliances include a fridge, microwave, stove, dishwasher and coffee station. The kitchen wraps around providing a bar top with 4 bar stools. Where the dining room would be, is now a small sitting area, featuring a love seat, two small chairs, and a TV on a dresser. This makes a perfect set up for gamers not wanting to crowd the main living room TV.

The hallway leads you to the laundry room which does have a washer and dryer for you to use. The hall bath located across the way and has a shower/tub combo, vanity, and commode.

The primary bedroom boasts a queen size bed, twin daybed, dresser, and attached bathroom. The attached bathroom has a bathtub, separate shower, double sinks, commode, and a massive walk-in closet. The second and third bedrooms each have two twin beds a piece. Every bedroom also has a smart TV.

The backyard has a small covered patio, and is privacy fenced.

We have provided wifi, all utilities, linens, cookware, dishes, etc. Everything you should need for a comfortable stay! This house is set up perfectly for workers or large families. So reach out today and we can get you set up! Please note, we do charge additional fees for any guests beyond the approved 7. Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 48 hours away at time of booking.
