This stunning 3 bedroom 2 bath home sits in a quiet neighborhood in Southeast Abilene. The living room features super comfy reclining sofas. And a large, flat screen tv. The dining room is right off the living room and seats 6.

The kitchen is full service featuring a stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee pot. We have also stocked it with all the cookware and dinnerware you need to cook and serve a meal. The laundry room is right off the kitchen and has a full size washer and dryer. The two car garage is right off the laundry room.

The first two bedrooms each have two twin beds, sleeping two each. The master bedroom has two queen beds, sleeping four. There are also two full bathrooms.

The privacy fenced backyard is large and available for you to enjoy.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 48 hours away at time of booking.
