This home is spacious and set up perfectly for 1-2 work crews. Between the massive living room being split into two separate entertainment areas, the large spacious bedrooms with EIGHT twin beds, and the abundant parking, there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. A BRAND NEW HVAC SYSTEM WAS JUST INSTALLED IN AUGUST 2025! Making this place nice anf comfortable!

We also remodeled the kitchen with new appliances including a dishwasher and gas range stove, as well as granite counters and a butcher block breakfast bar. We have also provided TWO REFRIGERATORS (one is not yet pictured, but will be located in the laundry room right off the kitchen) as well as a washer and dryer for our guests to enjoy.

This home also has tons of storage! Each bedroom either has a closet and dresser or two closets, so there is plenty of room to unpack and make yourselves at home. We have also set up each bedroom with a smart TV, alongside the two smart TVs in the living room. This house is also centrally located in south Abilene and super close to lots of restaurants and shopping!

We take care of utilities, wifi, yardcare, and monthly housekeeping. We have also stocked the home with pots, pans, dishes, towels, linens, etc. Just bring your suitcase and we covered the rest! Guests are responsible for restocking their own grocery and toiletry supplies after check-in, but we do set you up with everything you need at the start. For example, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. is all provided at check-in, but will not be restocked once used.

The cleaning is set up on a monthly schedule. Our cleaners will schedule a monthly visit in which you will be expected to have all personal items off the floors and counter tops so the cleaning crew can take care of all floors and surfaces. Our cleaners are not responsible for laundry or dirty dishes.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 48 hours away at time of booking.
